Panthers heading to state

Following Friday’s 57-43 victory over Pecos to clinch the district championship, the Peñasco Lady Panthers earned themselves the second seed in the state basketball tourney, and will face Dexter on Friday.
The boys will be seeded 13th, while Mora, who tool the district championship this year, earned the #2 seed on the boys’ side.
